Superfood priming glow moisturiser, bought this for myself and having read reviews expected great results. After using it for three days I developed an itchy rash on my face. On contacting Elemis, I find that they need a long form requiring personal details from myself before considering a refund.
I have declined to complete the form stating that they cannot insist in this as a condition of a refund.
It’s unusual to be subject to such scrutiny, and to be honest it feels quite hostile and unhelpful. I won’t be using their products again
Had a problem when ordering could input bonus offer that was available very disappointed and contacted customer services Declan Batt from Elemis responded quickly resolved issue and explained why it had occurred very impressed with Declan and Elemis well done all round

I ordered an Elemis product on line and as I did not get an email confirmation I was worried my order had not gone through. I emailed Elemis to ask about it and had a very quick ,polite reply to explain I had made a mistake on my email address. I was relieved and very impressed.
Becky in customer services dealt with my query really quickly and was extremely helpful even though the product had been bought elsewhere.
Love Elemis, and their customer service is second to none.

ELEMIS is known as a luxury skincare brand, and their customer service team lives up to that reputation. Any time I chat with them online, they're helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. Today, for example, Beccy not only answered my initial question, she then went above and beyond and recommended some other things for me!
I wanted to say a big thanks to Janette who helped me recently. I made an error on an order and also forgot to select some free samples. Janette was great and responded promptly and sorted everything out - I was extremely grateful. I love Elemis products and this great customer service easily makes me want to continue to shop directly with them - great product and great service !!!

I recently purchased some items and realised that the free gift I thought would be included, wasn’t acknowledged in the order summary. I sent an email and Janette very kindly responded advising that I hadn’t included the correct promotional code. She sent me instructions for the future and and advised that the free gift would be sent to me. This was my mistake and I appreciate that Janette helped me.
Great Customer Service. My order arrived missing a free gift & samples and when I called the Customer Service Team, the representative I spoke to (Janette) was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very impressed!
